has ever seen. Allowing us to see how he thought about himself, where he lived and what he
lived for. This challenges us to ask 3 questions:

Making sense of your past, present and future
Moses prayed, ‘Teach us to number our days, that we may gain a heart of wisdom.’ (Psalm 90:12) We believe we’re made for more than just getting through life. How do we wisely steward our one life – our past, present and future – so that our numbered days count for Christ in this life and the next?

Follow me
Where did we ever get the idea that following Jesus would lead to a life of comfort and
convenience? Jesus is like smelling salts to our lives of mediocrity, waking us up as He
calls us to follow Him on an adventure that gives us a radical new priority, new identity
and new affection.

What we do while we wait
Walking into your inheritance is largely external - it happens to you. It can be a
moment or a season when you enter a situation imposed on you by outside
circumstances or events. Waiting, however, is largely an internal event. It’s where
transformation happens and it’s crucial in our journey with God.
